CONTRACTOR INDUCTION

Stadiums Queensland utilises the Contractor and Visitor Management System. This system allows the venue to contact workers onsite quickly in the event of an emergency.

This system requires a little forward planning by contractors to ensure that their workers have completed the Venue Induction BEFORE they arrive on-site. 

Contracting companies need to contact the venue at least 1-2 days prior to their intended visit to ensure that their company is listed in the system and that a "Company Portal Administrator” has been nominated.  The Company Portal Administrator’s role is to upload the details of any workers who will visit site, and to send the workers a link to do the SQ Contractor Induction before they arrive on site.
