Cbus Super Stadium - a 27,794 capacity venue located on the beautiful Gold Coast.
Venue Design and History
Cbus Super Stadium was designed to reflect the identity of the Gold Coast – the architectural form of the building as a simple facade wrap of PTFE fabric enclosing open naturally ventilated concourses uses the subtropical climate to its full advantage. The colour scheme encompasses the Gold Coast – sun, sand and surf.
Construction of the venue commenced in 2006, costing $160million, with the venue opening to the public in 2008.
Home to the Gold Coast Titans NRL team, the versatile venue has hosted a variety of major events since formation including international and national sporting events, major concerts, and motorsports. In addition, Cbus Super Stadium proudly supports community events across the calendar year, demonstrating the venues commitment to the local area.
