General Questions

You can see inside Cbus Super Stadium on a non-event day by booking a venue tour. 

Bookings are essential and notice is required. To register your interest, please contact us below. 

Venue Hirer's do not normally host open training sessions at Cbus Super Stadium.

If an open training session does become available to members of the public, it will be advertised on our Social Media platforms. 

Smoking and vaping is not allowed inside Cbus Super Stadium.

Smoking and vaping anywhere within the venue, or within 5 meters of an entry point to the venue is prohibited at all times, except within a designated smoking area. Please retain your ticket as you will need to scan out to exit, and in to re-enter the venue. 

The venue's Eastern Car Park is open to the public on non-event days for local parking. Those visiting local businesses including TAFE QLD and Robina Hospital are welcome to utilise this space. The car park is located on East Lane, under the Vue Apartments. 

The car park will be locked at 11:00pm each night and re-opened at 4:00am the following day. Please note these timings are subject to change. 

Note: Parking within this space is at your own risk, and the Stadium does not take any responsibility for any damage that occurs throughout this time. 

For those attending meetings at the venue, parking is available in our Western Car Park off Centreline Place. On arrival, press Venue Management at the boom gate.

Cbus Super Stadium has 27,794 seats.  In concert mode the venue can host up to 40,000 spectators (subject to final staging configuration).

Event Day Related

If patrons require assistance or experience anti-social behaviour they can SMS Cbus Super Stadium Venue Assist line on 0427 002 699. 

You can view your gate entry location on your event ticket. It is recommended to download your ticket before arriving and have the barcode ready for scanning at the gate.

Cbus Super Stadium is an outdoor, open-air facility, and seats may be exposed to the sun. An event may be delayed if adverse weather is experienced, however, this decision is determined by the club or event promoter.  

Patrons should check Cbus Super Stadium's social media channels for updated details, and prepare for wet weather by bringing jackets or ponchos. Umbrellas are not permitted to be used inside the seating bowl or concourses during the event as they block the view of other guests. 

Pass Out Gates are located next to all main entry gates on event day.

If you wish to exit and re-enter Cbus Super Stadium at any time during an event, please keep hold of your event ticket for it to be scanned out and back in again. 

Please note, if you leave the venue with a bag, you will need to re-enter via the bag check stations.

Road closures will be in place around Cbus Super Stadium before, during and after all major events.

Please follow directions given by Queensland Police, traffic controllers and traffic signs during these times. 

Public transport is the best way to get to Cbus Super Stadium. There are no public car parks available on event days and 2-minute parking limits apply across the Robina Stadium Traffic Area.

On the spot fines will be issued to offending motorists. 

Your event ticket includes free* public transport to and from Cbus Super Stadium on all regular Queensland Rail train and Kinetic Bus services. 

Please note: You must have your event ticket to ride. If you have not collected your ticket yet, you can show your confirmation email from Ticketmaster. 

*Free travel offer applies from 4 hour prior to event commencement and 4 hours after conclusion of the event. 

The availability and locations of merchandise are at the discretion of the venue hirer.  Please speak to our friendly event staff when on site for further information. 

Yes, Cbus Super Stadium provides First Aid services. There are designated First Aid stations located within the venue to assist patrons with medical needs​. The locations of these stations can be found on our Cbus Super Stadium map.

Free cloaking is available at Gate A, Gate B and Gate D (depending on event). Please visit the specific event page for more information.

Collection can be made up to 30 minutes post match. After this, items will be returned to the Venue Management Office for collection.  

Quest Robina is the closest accommodation option located only 200m from the venue on Centreline Place.  The Gold Coast suburb of Broadbeach also provides a range of accommodation options, as well as being located close to designated transport options for travel to Cbus Super Stadium. Please consult with your local travel agent for specific accommodation options relevant to your own circumstances.

 

All message enquires must be made with the venue Hirer for an event.

The stadium is not able to provide permission for these messages, and any enquiries will be referred to the Hirer. 

Permitted Items

Bags are permitted inside Cbus Super Stadium provided they are smaller than 40cm x 40cm x 40cm. Larger bags will need to be cloaked at any of the free cloaking facilities located at Gate A, Gate B and Gate D. Avoid delays by leaving large bags at home.

Soft eskies are permitted so long as they fit under your seat and are within the permitted bag size limits (smaller than 40cm x 40cm x 40cm). Hard eskies are not permitted into Cbus Super Stadium.

Patrons are not permitted to bring food or beverage products from commercial outlets into the venue.  Homemade food in a container (other than glass) is permitted. Water in a bottle with an unbroken factory seal (up to 1.25L) and tea and coffee in a thermos are permitted. Other liquids are not permitted. Otherwise, patrons can bring in empty water bottles which can be filled with water at the designated water stations in the venue.

It is a condition of the liquor licence that alcohol cannot be brought into the venue.

Patrons are not permitted to bring in cameras with a focal lens of greater than 200mm except where permitted by Venue Management (in its discretion), video and/or audio recorders, commercial digital equipment, camera tripods and/or monopods. Unless expressly authorised by the content owner (for example, the hirer), patrons are not permitted to transmit, broadcast, sell, license or otherwise publish, disseminate or reproduce any recordings (including photographic, video or sound recordings) of the event they are attending.  The content owner reserves the right to confiscate or erase prohibited recording or images. 

Posters, flags and banners are permitted for most events, however this is at the discretion of Stadium management and the venue hirer.

The following are not permitted:

  • Those that contain offensive wording or political messaging
  • Larger than 120cm x 60cm
  • The flagpole must be no greater than 1.5m in length and 2cm in diameter.

All items larger than the listed size must be pre-registered and approved by the venue prior to event day. Emails should be sent to info@cbussuperstadium.com.au

Umbrellas are permitted but cannot be raised inside the venue during play as they block the view of other patrons. We recommend that you bring a jacket or poncho if rain is forecast.

We encourage patrons to consider leaving their pram or push chair at home, However should you wish to bring your pram or push chair it must be collapsible and fit under your seat (either a single seat or within the group of seats of patrons attending the venue together).  The pram or push chair must remain there for the duration of the event. Prams or push chairs cannot be stored in aisles or walkways. This is to ensure prams do not create an obstruction in the seating area in the event of an emergency. Oversized prams unable to be stored under a single seat or within the group of seats of patrons attending the venue together must be stored in venue Cloak Rooms.

Mobility scooters (not a golf buggy or similar) are allowed into the stadium seating area. They are permitted only in the accessible seating areas in the stadium. Patrons must sit on their scooter if allocated a space in these areas.  Patrons are advised to pre-purchase tickets and advise Ticketmaster that a mobility scooter will be utilised.  

Some scooters may need to be cloaked at the venue. The Venue Management decision will be final in determining if the scooter may be in the seating areas or cloaked. For full details please contact Cbus Super Stadium on (07) 5656 5500 during business hours.

Ticketing FAQs

Ticketmaster is the venues official ticketing provider.

To avoid missing out, the venue enagourages guests to pre-purchase their tickets.  

Provided an event is not sold out beforehand, tickets are available for purchase and collection from half an hour prior to gate opening times on event days.

Ticket offices are located at Gate B and Gate D.

Please note some ticket offices may be closed on event day depending on the event requirements and seating availability. 

Some events offer no-alcohol and family friendly seating options.

Guests are not permitted to consume any alcohol in these areas.

Depending on the event you are attending, your child may not need a ticket. This is dependent on the event and ages will be clearly reflected on the Ticketmaster website. 

Any children not requiring a ticket will be required to sit on the lap of an adult and will not be permitted to sit on a seat at the event. 

 

General Admission sections are determined by venue hirers and refer to areas where you are not allocated a specific seat. Guests who have purchased General Admission seating are permitted to sit in any available seat within the designated section. i.e. if your ticket states Section 16, you are required to sit within this area. 

As seats are not reserved, it is encouraged to arrive early to ensure you can sit with your group. Should you leave your seat at any time during the event, you are not guaranteed to have the same seat when you return. 

Group bookings can be made via the the official ticketing partner. Group sizes will vary between events. 

Please contact the official ticketing provider prior to event day if you would like to change your original seating location due to medical reasons.

Ticketing availability can be limited and on event days there is no guarantee that you will be able to relocate your tickets, therefore it is advised to always plan ahead. 

Due to the open plan design of the stadium, there can be no guarantees that you will remain dry should rain and wind occur, regardless of your seating location.  The drip-line (where the edge of the roof lies) is between rows 10 to 15. Seats located in the East Stand, as well as portions of the North and South may be exposed to sun during daytime events. Guests seated in these areas are encouraged to plan ahead with regards to sun protection measures. 

A restricted view seat refer to seats that may be located in areas with sightline limitations at the event. This could be a result of the seat being behind a glass panel, or an LED screen, camera or tower partially blocking your view. 

Row 1 is located at ground level (closest to the field of play), and then work backwards.
