General Questions

There is no parking onsite for this event and event day parking and traffic exclusion zones, including road closures, will be in place. Two-minute parking regulations will be enforced in the local area from 7:30am on Saturday 18 October 2025.

Visit the City of Gold Coast website for information about general parking restrictions in the area during special events.

Monster Jam ticketholders are encouraged to take public transport - it’s FREE to and from the event with your event ticket. 

Travel early and plan for possible roadwork or traffic congestion to avoid delays. 

Public transport is FREE to and from the event with your event ticket on regular Queensland Rail train services, Kinetic bus services and G:Link services from 8.00am. Further information is available on our Getting Here page. 

You can plan your trip by visiting the Translink website, noting departure and return routes may differ. Travel early as there may be high demand for public transport and shuttles. Don’t forget to bring your ticket to ride for free. 

Yes, there are dedicated drop-off/pick-up zones in place, including Taxi and rideshare ranks.

There are a limited number of carparks for People with a Disability (PWD) located on Stadium Drive available to holders of a purple Australian Disability Parking Permit (ADPP). Parking will be allocated on a first-in-first-served basis. 

Patrons with a red Queensland Disability Parking Permit (QDPP) can be dropped off at Stadium Drive. 

Alternatively, an accessible shuttle bus will operate from Firth Park, Mudgeeraba and will drop up and pick up from the Lower Transport Hub. For timings, please view transport information here.

You must have a valid ticket to enter the venue. You can download your ticket/s on to your phone. As you approach the gate, please ensure your phone is charged and brightness turned up. Share tickets via the Ticketmaster app with members of your group for easy access. Don’t miss a minute - arrive early and make the most of it! 

Two-minute parking and road closures will be in place from 7.30am.

Stadium Drive will experience a partial closure from 7.30am on Friday 17 October until 11.30pm on Saturday 18 October, with traffic controllers stationed accordingly. 

You will receive your ticket from Ticketmaster shortly after you have completed your purchase, so please check your email. 

If tickets have not been received it is recommended you contact Ticketmaster

The only way to guarantee entry to Monster Jam is to purchase a ticket through the authorised ticket agent, Ticketmaster. Entry is not guaranteed if tickets have been purchased via other agencies. 

No, but all patrons two years and above must have a ticket. Children under two years can enter without a ticket, providing they do not occupy a seat and sit on parent/guardian’s lap. 

Yes, gates remain open for the duration of the show. Please note, the ticket office will close 1.5 hours into the show. 

Yes, tickets will be scanned upon exit and again when re-entering the venue. Please note that any bags taken outside must be re-checked by security before returning to your seat. 

If you are attending the Pit Party, a wristband will be provided upon exit. You will need to present this wristband along with your ticket when re-entering the venue.

Please keep bags under 40cm x 40cm x 40cm size – anything larger than this will need to be cloaked. Bag searches are compulsory, so it’s best to leave any bags at home for express entry. Cloak rooms are available free of charge.

Prams will not be permitted into the venue unless they are small enough to fit under your seat. There will be limited cloaking options for prams, so it’s best to leave these at home. 

No, Cbus Super Stadium is a cashless venue. Don’t forget your credit or debit card for all food, beverage and merchandise purchases. 

Yes, some items are prohibited, including some cameras, commercial food or beverages, alcohol and items that may be considered dangerous. Visit our Conditions of Entry page for more information about prohibited items.

Yes, water bottles up to 1L in size are permitted. Water bottles may be checked on entry. Water stations will be available on the Western Stand (Aisle 2) and the Eastern Stand (Aisle 18).

Yes, patrons are welcome to bring food from home, however no commercial food will be permitted inside Cbus Super Stadium. 

Yes, vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available. All outlets also stock hot chips which are gluten-free but may be prepared in environments where gluten is present.

Yes – small binoculars are permitted. 

Yes, small cushions are permitted. 

No, aerosols are not permitted. Please only bring what is necessary. 

Umbrellas are permitted, however are not permitted to be opened in the seating bowl as they may have an impact on other guest views of the show. Bring a poncho if rain looks likely! 

Free cloaking is available at Gate B, Gate D, and Gate E. Collection can be made up to 30 minutes post-event. After this time, items will be returned to the Venue Management Office (located at Gate A) for collection during business hours. 

 

The safety of drivers, spectators and staff is our top priority – please stay within the allocated safety zones and always follow the advice of staff. 

The track design includes a ‘safety hold’, consisting of several rows of seats nearest the venue’s show floor which must remain clear of spectators at all times during a performance. 

Safety officials will be based within these areas. Each official will be equipped with a dry chemical extinguisher and a foam fire suppressant. Please stay within allocated areas and follow the advice of staff at all times. 

Please note, this event may contain pyrotechnics, sequences of flashing lights, laser, strobe and haze which may affect guests who are susceptible to photo sensitivities and medical conditions. 

This event is an all-senses experience with loud trucks and a number of special effects such as pyrotechnics, flashing lights, laser, strobe, and haze which some guests may find overwhelming. 

We will have a designated quiet area onsite to allow people to retreat if they feel overwhelmed in their immediate environment, so that they can calm their sensory systems. 

To gain access to this area during the show, please reach out to a Cbus Super Stadium Customer Service staff member, who will arrange for an escort to the space. 

Parents will be able to obtain a complimentary wristband for their children via Cbus Super Stadium Customer Service staff members. 

Parents can write their contact number on these wristbands so if your child is lost, they can speak to any staff member for assistance. 

Any lost child will be accompanied until Queensland Police Service can assist. 

Yes, First Aid facilities are available and located on the Western Grandstand (near Aisle 1) and on the Eastern Grandstand (near Aisle 19). 

This event is an all-senses experience and the trucks are LOUD! Ear protection for patrons, particularly children, is highly recommended. Monster Jam branded earmuffs will be available at merchandise outlets on the day, however stocks are limited.

Yes, this event will proceed rain or shine, and only exceptionally severe weather conditions will affect the performance, so please follow weather updates and plan accordingly. 

Stay cool and hydrated! This is an outdoor event, during October, so it is likely to be warm particularly during the middle of the day. Though some seats will be undercover, the majority of seats are subject to the elements. Please stay hydrated and bring appropriate sun protection (hats, sunscreen, sunglasses and cool, loose clothing). 

Free water refilling stations are available throughout the venue. Please ask our friendly staff for assistance.
