Centreline Place



Below is the information for getting to Cbus Super Stadium for major events such as pre-scheduled NRL fixtures, from time to time specific events (such as limited audience, community and bespoke events) will require specific transport information – this will be noted where applicable on the specific event page. 

Please note additional NRL fixtures such as those relocated due to COVD-19 lockdowns may not require the activation of our Major Event Traffic Management Plan and as such shuttle buses and other services listed below will not run - when this is the case it is noted on the specific event page. 


Plan Your Trip

There is a range of transport options available to patrons on both event day and non-event.

Public Transport

Public Transport is the best way to get to Cbus Super Stadium and is included FREE with your ticket on all Surfside Busline services, Queensland Rail City Network trains and G:Link services from four hours prior to the main event until four hours post the end of the event (excluding Airtain or Brisbane City Council ferries). 

Please note major track closers on 23 and 24 July 2021 will significantly impact guests traveling from Brisbane. Make sure you allow additional time and plan your trip using the Translink journey planner.

Free Rail Services
Robina Station is the closest stop to Cbus Super Stadium, located 350 metres south of the stadium.

  • Trains run at least every 30 minutes on the Gold Coast Line from Varsity Lakes and Bowen Hills/Brisbane Airport and more frequently during peak periods.

  • Additional rail services are scheduled and will run prior to and at the conclusion of each event.  Please visit the TransLink website to plan your journey for the most up to date train departure times..



Free Event Shuttle Buses

Free event shuttle buses run from nominated Park and Ride locations throughout the Gold Coast. Shuttles commence 20 minutes prior to Gates Open up until Kick-Off.  Shuttles will return their original departure locations for up to 60 minutes at the conclusion of the event.

  • Burleigh Heads (Lower Gold Coast Highway) - Burleigh Heads State School

You must present your valid match day ticket to access any of the free public transport services.

Additional Free bus route services
Dedicated Tweed Heads (stopping at Bay/Wharf Rd, Kirra Shops/Musgrave St, Tugun Shops, Currumbin Bird Sanctuary & The Pines Shopping Centre) and Palm Beach (Thrower Ave/Gold Coast Hwy, Nineteenth Avenue, Burleigh Heads & Christine Ave) services operate to the event.  For specific event day timings refer to the Surfside Buslines event page.  Return journeys operate 30 minutes and 60 minutes after the event from Robina Station.

Additional Route Services 747, 750, 751, 752, 755 & 759 will also operate pre and post event to/from Robina Train Station.

Free Tram Services (G:Link)
The G: Link is a great way of connecting to event day bus shuttles from Broadbeach South G: Link Station.  The tram travels between Helensvale Station and Broadbeach via Gold Coast University Hospital and Southport.




Walking is a great way to access the stadium precinct. The precinct is only a short stroll from Robina Town Centre (approx.1.4km).


The Taxi zone is located at Centreline Place adjacent to Sunkids Stadium Village. Black and White Cabs are the local provider and can be contacted on 133 222.


The dedicated rideshare zone is located at Centreline Place near Quest Robina for drop off and pick up.

Drop-off/Pick up

The public drop-off and pick-up zone is located at Cheltenham Park on Robina Town Centre Drive (northbound) at the intersection of Cheltenham Drive.  

The stadium is a flat 950m walk along Cheltenham Drive and Stadium Drive.

Road closures and changed traffic conditions will be in place around the venue; see the event page for other specific event day information.



Event Day Parking

Please note there is NO public parking at the venue.  Parking restrictions apply in the local area on major event days. The City of Gold Coast’s Robina Traffic Area Parking Permit Scheme will be enforced limiting parking to 2 minutes except for holders of authorised resident and visitor permits.

Stadium Drive residents (Riverlily and Vue) are issued stickers by Cbus Super Stadium for the sole purpose of access to their property ONLY.  Visitor access passes are no longer issued by the venue.

Event Day Coaches and Mini Buses

A limited amount of space of pre-booked coach parking and drop off is available along Cheltenham Dr. 
Please contact the venue by filling in this application form to request a parking permit.

Note: Parking spaces are allocated in order of receipt.

Event Day Road closures and changed traffic conditions

Please note the following changed traffic conditions on a typical event day:

  • ​Stadium Drive closed to local traffic only.  Traffic Control operating a contraflow of traffic in the southbound lane north of Promethean Way.

  • Promethean Way closed Westbound (venue pass holders only access from Centreline Place)

  • Robina Station Road and Paddington Place (local traffic only)

  • Cheltenham Road Closed (venue pass holders exempt)


Please be patient and exercise caution when driving in and around the Stadium precinct pre, post and during events as large numbers of pedestrians will be present and changed traffic conditions will be in place.



Cbus Super Stadium is located approximately 80 kilometres south of the Brisbane CBD and 15 kilometres north of Coolangatta Airport.
