About Quiet Rooms

We know events can feel overwhelming, so our Quiet Room is a calm, low-stimulus space where you can take a breather and reset before heading back out to enjoy the event when you’re ready.

We love to hear from you.

We're always looking for ways to improve.

Quiet Room FAQs

The Quiet Room is a space for any patrons to go if they become overwhelmed during an event.

Multiple groups can use the room at the same time, with curtains available for privacy.

Please note, anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Located on the Eastern Concourse, Level 0, behind Aisle 20, the Quiet Room is open during all events from gates open and closes approximately 15 minutes after the event ends.

There’s no need to book, and no limit on how long you can stay – please be mindful of others who might be waiting to use the space.

Our team are available at the Quiet Room to support visitors and their families. All staff have completed Aspect's Sensory Room Awareness program, as well as the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower training program.

Water is welcome, but food and other drinks are not permitted.

The space is fully accessible, including an accessible bathroom.
