Ticketing Questions
You must have your ticket to enter the venue. You can download your ticket/s to your digital wallet or the Ticketmaster app. For mobile tickets, ensure your phone is charged and brightness turned up as you approach the gate.
Don’t forget to share tickets with members of your group before you arrive at the stadium!
Different types of weather can bring unique challenges and opportunities for World Supercross riders, who modify their techniques, equipment, and mindset to suit conditions.
Though riders can handle a bit of rain and mud, extreme weather conditions will affect performance and safety.
In the event of adverse weather, the promoter will decide if it is safe to proceed. In the event of show postponement or cancellation, ticketholders will be contacted directly by Ticketmaster.
Getting Here
Patrons are encouraged to take public transport - it’s FREE to and from the event with your event ticket. Travel early and plan for possible roadwork or traffic congestion to avoid delays. Public transport is FREE to and from the event with your event ticket on regular Queensland Rail train services (AirTrain not included), Kinetic bus services and G:Link services from 3.15pm AEST.
Plan your trip by visiting the Translink website, noting departure and return routes may differ. Travel early as there may be high demand for public transport and shuttles. Don’t forget to bring your ticket to ride for free.
There are a limited number of carparks for People with a Disability (PWD) located on Stadium Drive available to holders of a purple ADPP permit. Parking will be allocated on a first in first served basis.
Patrons with a red QDPP disability permit can be dropped off onStadium Drive. Alternatively, an accessible shuttle bus will operate from Firth Park, Mudgeeraba and will drop up and pick up from the Lower Robina Transport Hub (next to Arcadia School) which is a short walk from the venue. Fan Zone
Free public transport is available from 3.15pm AEST for all ticket holders, when you show your ticket. Prior to 3.15pm, normal public transport services (Queensland Rail train services, Kinetic bus services and G:Link services) will be operating, with 50 cent fares in place.
Some additional special event services will be available earlier for fans travelling to the Fan Zone (open from 1.30pm AEST), including:
- Looping Park ‘n’ Ride service from Firth Park, Mudgeeraba will begin from 1.00pm AEST
- Looping shuttle bus service from Broadbeach South Station will begin from 12.45pm AEST
- A one-off shuttle bus service from Tweed Heads will depart at 1.00pm AEST and then Palm Beach from 1.15pm AEST. The best way to get to the event is to take public transport. Visit the Cbus Super Stadium Getting Here page for more information about transport to the venue. We recommend you plan your journey and travel early to avoid delays.
Entering the Stadium
You must have your ticket to enter the stadium. Download your Ticketmaster ticket/s to your phone and save them to the Ticketmaster app or your digital wallet. Please ensure your phone is charged and brightness turned up upon entry.
Don’t forget to share tickets with members of your group before you arrive for quick and easy access.
Please keep bags under 40cm x 40cm x 40xm size. Please note that bag searches are compulsory, so it’s best to leave any bags at home for express entry. Cloaking facilities will operate from Gate A (Corporate) and Gate D (General Public) free of charge.
Prams will not be permitted into the venue (unless they fold up small enough to fit under your seat) and there will be limited cloaking options for prams.
Yes, vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available. All outlets also stock hot chips which are gluten-free but may be prepared in environments where gluten is present.
