Ticketing Questions

Yes, tickets to FIM World Supercross Australian GP are still available via Ticketmaster.

The only way to guarantee entry to FIM World Supercross Australian GP is to purchase a ticket through the authorised ticket agent, Ticketmaster. Entry is not guaranteed if tickets have been purchased via other agencies.

You will receive your ticket from Ticketmaster shortly after you have completed your purchase, so please check your email. If tickets have not been received it is recommended you contact Ticketmaster.

You must have your ticket to enter the venue. You can download your ticket/s to your digital wallet or the Ticketmaster app. For mobile tickets, ensure your phone is charged and brightness turned up as you approach the gate.

Don’t forget to share tickets with members of your group before you arrive at the stadium!  

The FIM World Supercross Australian GP is weather dependant, and some weather conditions, such as rain, will affect the performance. In the event of adverse weather, the promoter will make a decision about if it is safe to proceed with the show. If the show needs to be postponed, ticketholders will be alerted as soon as the information becomes available via communication from Ticketmaster. Please follow the Cbus Super Stadium and World Supercross social media channels to stay across updates on the show. 

If you lose your ticket before event day, please contact Ticketmaster. If you lose your ticket on event day, please visit the Ticket Box Office located at Gate B and Gate D – please allow extra time for this process and make sure you bring photo ID that matches the details on your ticket. The ticket purchaser will be required to attend if you are wishing to reprint tickets. 

No, but all patrons three (3) years and above must have a ticket. Children under three (3) years old can enter without a ticket, providing they do not occupy a seat and sit on parent/guardian’s lap. Junior age is 3 years old to 15 years old. 

Yes, gates remain open, and ticket booths won’t close until one hour before the end of  the show.

Yes, please ensure you have your ticket for exit scanning at the Pass Out gate and for re-entry. Any bags that are removed from venue during this time will need to be checked by Security again on re-entry.

Getting Here

Patrons are encouraged to take public transport - it’s FREE to and from the event with your event ticket. Travel early and plan for possible roadwork or traffic congestion to avoid delays. Public transport is FREE to and from the event with your event ticket on regular Queensland Rail train services (AirTrain not included), Kinetic bus services and G:Link services from 3pm.

Plan your trip by visiting the Translink website, noting departure and return routes may differ. Travel early as there may be high demand for public transport and shuttles. Don’t forget to bring your ticket to ride for free.  

There is NO public parking available at Cbus Super Stadium. Traffic exclusion zones including road closures will be in place. Visit the City of Gold Coast website for information about general parking restrictions in the area during special events.

There are a limited number of carparks for People with a Disability (PWD) located on Stadium Drive available to holders of a purple ADPP permit. Parking will be allocated on a first in first served basis.

Patrons with a red QDPP disability permit can be dropped off onStadium Drive. Alternatively, an accessible shuttle bus will operate from Firth Park, Mudgeeraba and will drop up and pick up from the Lower Robina Transport Hub (next to Arcadia School) which is a short walk from the venue. Entering the Stadium

You must have your ticket to enter the stadium. Download your Ticketmaster ticket/s to your phone and save them to the Ticketmaster app or your digital wallet. Please ensure your phone is charged and brightness turned up upon entry.

Don’t forget to share tickets with members of your group before you arrive for quick and easy access. 

Please keep bags under 40cm x 40cm x 40xm size. Please note that bag searches are compulsory, so it’s best to leave any bags at home for express entry. Cloaking facilities will operate from Gate A (Corporate) and Gate D (General Public) free of charge.

Prams will not be permitted into the venue (unless they fold up small enough to fit under your seat) and there will be limited cloaking options for prams. 

Some items are prohibited, including some cameras, commercial food or beverages, alcohol and items that may be considered dangerous. Visit the Conditions of Entry page for details.

No, we are a cashless venue. Please bring your credit or debit card for any food, beverage or merchandise purchases. There are no ATM facilities at the venue. 

Sealed bottled water in plastic bottles is permitted. Unsealed plastic bottles must be empty when entering the venue and can be filled up at water bubblers once inside. Water bubblers are available on the Eastern Stand (near Aisle 18) and Western Stand (near Aisle 2).

Yes, you are welcome to bring food from home (no commercial food will be permitted).

Yes, vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available. All outlets also stock hot chips which are gluten-free but may be prepared in environments where gluten is present.

Yes – small binoculars are permitted.

No aerosols. Please only bring what is necessary. 

Umbrellas are permitted, however are not permitted to be opened in the seating bowl as they may have an impact on other guest views of the show. Bring a poncho if rain looks likely! 

Yes, free cloaking is available at Gate D (Public) and Gate A (Corporate). Please note, there are limited options for cloaking prams. Collection can be made up to 30 minutes post-event. After this, items will be returned to the Venue Management Office (located to the South of Gate A) for collection. 

During the Show

Yes, the show features flame effects and pyrotechnics and flashing lights.

Parents can obtain a complimentary wristband for their children via Cbus Super Stadium Customer Service staff members where they can note their contact details. If a child is lost, they can speak to any staff member for assistance. Any lost child will be accompanied until Police can assist.

Yes, First Aid facilities are available and located on the Eastern Grandstand (near Aisle 19) and Western Grandstand (near Aisle 1).
