Cbus Super Stadium have wrapped up a massive six international football matches as part of the AFC Women’s Asian Cup 2026.
In one of the biggest events ever held at the venue, thousands of locals, national and international visitors filled the stadium over four days, which included two double headers.
The venue’s new thematic lighting set the scene for the tournament, with the fan zone complete with DJ tower and interactive activations creating a vibrant and fun atmosphere surrounding the games.
A/Venue General Manager Alie Tatnell said the atmosphere surrounding the six matches was electric.
“The AFC Women’s Asian Cup was one of the biggest events ever held at the stadium, and it was so great to put on six huge matches in an incredible celebration of women’s football,” Alie said.
“It’s great to see Cbus Super Stadium shine on the world stage and to deliver six international matches of this calibre is a huge testament to the team and the reputation the venue is growing as a major events destination.”
